Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with company standards and health & safety regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to trade and retail clients
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts management or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of light vehicle parts and aftermarket products
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Full UK driving licence
