Autotech Recruit is supporting an exciting new project with a progressive automotive OEM that is redefining what a modern workshop looks like. We’re looking for experienced Vehicle Preparation Technicians to support a high-volume, future-focused workshop environment where vehicle quality, repeatable processes and customer-ready standards are central to the programme.
This is more than a traditional preparation role. You’ll play a key part in testing new ways of working, supporting efficient vehicle handover activity and helping develop workshop processes that could influence future automotive service operations across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Carrying out vehicle preparation, inspections and quality checks to manufacturer standards
· Supporting pre-delivery, handover and customer-ready preparation activity
· Working through high-volume, repeatable workshop tasks with accuracy and consistency
· Identifying preparation issues and escalating additional work requirements
· Providing feedback on ways of working and supporting process improvement
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in vehicle preparation, PDI, workshop support or automotive service environments
· Strong attention to detail and pride in vehicle quality and presentation
· Ability to follow defined processes and work efficiently in a project-focused team
· Full UK Driving Licence
