Autotech Recruit is supporting an exciting new project with a progressive automotive OEM that is redefining what a modern workshop looks like. We’re looking for experienced Tyre Technicians to support a high-volume, future-focused workshop environment where tyre safety, efficient processes and consistent service delivery are central to the programme.
This is more than a traditional tyre role. You’ll play a key part in testing new ways of working, supporting repeatable digital service tasks and helping develop workshop processes that could influence future automotive aftersales operations across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Inspecting, fitting, balancing and rotating tyres to manufacturer and safety standards
· Checking tyre condition, wear, pressure and suitability as part of repeatable workshop processes
· Supporting high-volume tyre and wheel-related service tasks
· Using modern workshop equipment and completing associated documentation accurately
· Providing feedback on workflow, safety and efficiency improvements
What We’re Looking For
· Previous tyre fitting, fast-fit, dealership or workshop experience
· Confidence using tyre-changing, balancing and workshop equipment
· Strong attention to safety, accuracy and process compliance
· Full UK Driving Licence
