What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming customers and providing outstanding service throughout their visit.
- Using your mechanical knowledge to identify vehicle concerns and explain recommended work clearly.
- Communicating confidently with customers and recommending additional services when appropriate.
What you bringTo help you succeed from day one, we ask for:
- At least 1 year’s experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership setting (this is essential for contract work).
- Experience with Kerridge, Pinnacle, Techman, or similar dealer management systems.
