What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers and managing their service journey from start to finish
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and maintenance
- Liaising with workshop technicians and parts departments
- Keeping customers informed on vehicle progress and completion times
- Providing estimates and explaining repair work clearly and professionally
- Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage
- Maintaining accurate records and updating dealership systems
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or similar automotive customer service role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to hit the ground running in new dealership environments
- A professional, organised, and proactive approach
- Experience using dealership management systems is advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
