Service Advisors Needed in Milton Keynes
We’re looking to fill automotive Service Advisor roles in and around Milton Keynes, with sites in Bedford, Northampton, Aylesbury, Bletchley, Newport Pagnell and Buckingham.

We’re looking for confident, customer-focused individuals to support dealerships on a flexible basis, whether you’re seeking full-time flexibility, ad-hoc assignments or the chance to broaden your experience across different sites.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from start to finish
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repair and maintenance work
- Coordinating with technicians, parts teams and customers
- Giving clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times
- Offering additional products and services where appropriate
- Providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
- Keeping records and systems accurate and up to date
You will need:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to adapt to new environments and systems
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and solving problems proactively
- A professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail
- Flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise
