Experienced Service Advisors Wanted Across the Liverpool Region
We’re recruiting for automotive Service Advisor roles across Liverpool and the wider North West, including Manchester, Preston, Bolton, Wigan, Warrington, Chester, Blackburn and Blackpool.
Autotech Recruit works with a wide network of dealerships, garages and workshops, offering flexible contract opportunities across multiple sites in the region.
This is a chance to work with some of the UK’s leading automotive brands as an experienced Service Advisor, with the variety and flexibility to choose when and where you work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and guiding them through their service visit, start to finish
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance
- Liaising with technicians, parts teams and customers
- Keeping customers informed on progress and repair times
- Recommending additional products and services where appropriate
- Delivering excellent customer service at every touchpoint
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and systems
You will need:
Experience as a Service Advisor or in an aftersales role, with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You’ll be comfortable adapting to new sites and systems, confident juggling several tasks and solving problems proactively, and bring a professional, friendly manner with great attention to detail, plus the flexibility to take on assignments as they arise.
