Whether you’re seeking full‑time flexibility, ad‑hoc assignments, or the opportunity to expand your experience across different sites, this role gives you the freedom to choose when and where you work.
What you’ll be doing
- Greeting customers and managing their service journey from start to finish
- Booking vehicles in for service, repair, and maintenance
- Communicating with technicians, parts teams, and customers
- Providing clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times
- Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
- Ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
- Keeping records and systems updated accurately and efficiently
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and systems
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and solving problems proactively
- A professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail
- Flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise
