Experienced Service Advisors Wanted Across the Exeter Region
We’re looking to fill automotive Service Advisor roles across Exeter and the wider South West, including Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Plymouth, Taunton and Bournemouth.
We work closely with dealerships, garages and workshops across the wider region, offering flexible contract opportunities across a range of sites.
This is a chance to work with some of the UK’s leading automotive brands as an experienced Service Advisor, with the variety and flexibility to choose when and where you work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from start to finish
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repair and maintenance work
- Coordinating with technicians, parts teams and customers
- Giving clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times
- Offering additional products and services where appropriate
- Providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
- Keeping records and systems accurate and up to date
You will need:
A background as a Service Advisor or in aftersales, along with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You’ll be adaptable to new environments and systems, confident handling several tasks at once and solving problems proactively, with a professional, friendly approach, great attention to detail and the flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise.
