Service Advisors Needed Across the Cambridge Region
Autotech Recruit is currently recruiting for automotive Service Advisor roles across Cambridge and the wider East of England, including Peterborough, Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester, Chelmsford, Bedford, Luton and Stevenage.
We partner with a broad network of dealerships, garages and workshops across the region, giving you access to flexible contract work across several locations.
Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for flexibility, variety and the chance to work with some of the UK’s leading automotive brands? This role gives you the freedom to choose when and where you work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from start to finish
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repair and maintenance work
- Coordinating with technicians, parts teams and customers
- Giving clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times
- Offering additional products and services where appropriate
- Providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
- Keeping records and systems accurate and up to date
You will need:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to adapt to new environments and systems
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and solving problems proactively
- A professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail
- Flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise
