Service Advisor Opportunities in Bristol
We’re looking to fill automotive Service Advisor roles in and around Bristol, with sites in Bath, Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, Portishead, Yate and Thornbury.

We’re looking for confident, customer-focused people to support dealerships flexibly, from full-time flexibility to ad-hoc assignments and the chance to broaden your experience across different sites.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from start to finish
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repair and maintenance work
- Coordinating with technicians, parts teams and customers
- Giving clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times
- Offering additional products and services where appropriate
- Providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
- Keeping records and systems accurate and up to date
You will need:
A background as a Service Advisor or in aftersales, along with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You’ll be adaptable to new environments and systems, confident handling several tasks at once and solving problems proactively, with a professional, friendly approach, great attention to detail and the flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise.
