What you’ll be doing
- Customer Assistance & Parts Identification: Help customers and technicians identify the correct automotive parts using catalog systems, VIN numbers, and technical knowledge.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order new parts from suppliers, and ensure the parts department inventory is organized and accurately recorded.
- Sales & Order Processing: Process parts orders, provide pricing and availability, prepare invoices, and coordinate with the service department for required components.
What you bringT
o help you succeed from day one, we ask for:
- At least 1 year’s experience as a Parts Advisor in a main dealership setting (this is essential for contract work).
- Experience with Kerridge, Pinnacle, Techman, or similar dealer management systems.
