Parts Advisor – Ashton-under-Lyne

Location: Denton/Hyde, Manchester
Contract: 3-6 Month Temporary Assignment
Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate, Paid Weekly
Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work with a leading dealership? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to join a busy dealership in the Denton/Hyde area on a temporary contract basis.

What you’ll be doing
• Supplying parts to workshop technicians and retail customers
• Managing parts orders, stock control, and inventory levels
• Identifying and sourcing the correct parts efficiently
• Liaising with service advisors, technicians, and customers
• Processing parts enquiries both in person and over the phone
• Maintaining accurate records and updating dealership systems
• Delivering excellent customer service at every stage
What you’ll bring
• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within a dealership environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and aftersales operations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to dealership systems and processes
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
• Pinnacle experience preferred
• Flexibility to take on assignments as required
