MOT Tester
Autotech Recruit is looking for experienced MOT Testers to join our well‑established nationwide contractor network, with work available both locally and across surrounding areas. We supply contractors to a wide range of automotive environments, including main dealerships, independent garages, fast‑fit centres, car supermarkets, and local councils. Whether you’re seeking consistent long‑term contracts for stability, short‑term cover between commitments, or flexible ad‑hoc work to suit personal life or other priorities, we’ll take the time to match you with assignments that work for you.
Our contracts are designed to give you maximum flexibility and control, with guaranteed daily hours, weekly pay, and a dedicated contract management team, we make contracting simple, reliable, and tailored entirely around your needs.
Responsibilities:
- Complete Class 4 MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
- Ensure accurate MOT documentation
- Carry out basic maintenance and diagnostic checks
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Requirements:
- Valid MOT Tester Licence with a minimum of 6 months testing experience and a 100+ MOT tests completed
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
- Willingness to travel – your pay will reflect the further you travel
- Two strong references
What’s on Offer:
- Up to £20 per hour, depending on location
