Our referral scheme invites you to bring talented professionals into the automotive industry.
It’s open to full-time vehicle technicians, MOT testers, service advisors and parts advisors, excluding current client employees.
You bring the talent and we’ll reward you for it!

How the referral rewards work
- If you’re already a contractor with us, you’ll receive a £250 voucher* when your referral starts, and your friend will receive a £50 voucher too!
- Not registered yet? Not to worry! You can still refer someone and earn a £100 voucher*, while your friend receives a £50 voucher.

1. Give us a
few details
Complete and submit the referral form on our website.
Please ensure the person you’re referring is aware of this.
2. We contact and register your referral
We’ll introduce your friend to Autotech Recruit and our roles.
Once they start work (contract or permanent), you will be eligible for the referral reward.
3. We will send you
an update
We’ll keep you posted on their progress, so you know when your reward is on its way!
4. ENJOY YOUR REWARD TOGETHER
After your friend completes 6 weeks of contract work or 13 weeks of permanent work, you’ll both your vouchers – your choice of Love2Shop or an Amazon e-code.
