How the referral rewards work
- Contracting referrals: Earn £50 vouchers each for every 20 days your referral works – up to £300 per person within 12 months. Both of you must remain actively contracting.
- Permanent placements: When your referral completes their probation (usually 13 weeks): you get £300, they get £50

2. We’LL contact and register your referral
We’ll introduce your friend to Autotech Recruit and our roles. Once they start work (contracting or permanent), your reward eligibility begins.
3. ENJOY YOUR REWARD TOGETHER
After your friend completes the relevant milestone, both of you will receive vouchers from our approved suppliers (Love2Shop or Amazon e-code).
