Big congratulations to Naz, who has been recognised as our Star Contractor of the Month for his great work in September 2019!
Naz, who was nominated by our South Division, was a very clear winner of September's accolade. He is not only hard-working and reliable but also very likable. He has worked with Autotech Recruit as a temporary vehicle technician/MOT tester at a variety of garages, from independents and fast fits through to large dealerships, turning freelancing into his full-time career.
Naz is particularly appreciated by our clients and consultants for his professional attitude and skills - he simply always delivers what is expected of him.

What made you become a technician?
I’ve always had a passion for cars. A good friend got me a job in a garage and it took off from there. I have never looked back since.
What is your favourite make of car and why?
My dream car has to be Koenigsegg. I also love my old school Ford, Skyline GT-R, and Audi.
If you weren’t a technician, what would you be?
Probably a doctor or a chef.
What is the best car you have ever got to fix?
I’ve been lucky to have had the opportunity to repair some high-end vehicles. At the moment I have an Audi - it's a project car which has been keeping me very busy.
What 3 words sum up your work with Autotech Recruit?
Professional, flexible and fabulous.
What has the difference been working for Autotech Recruit compared to other agencies?
I've always had work, very good rates of pay, massive opportunities for development, a great relationship with work coordinators and regular feedback.
