The independent used car sector gathered last night (9 October) for the inaugural Motor Trader Independent Dealer Awards, and Autotech Recruit were proud to sponsor the Aftermarket Excellence Award presented to Redgate Lodge BOSCH Service.
The glamorous awards ceremony, hosted by the BBC's Football Focus presenter Dan Walker at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, was well attended by those across the UK independent used car sector.
The category sponsored by Autotech Recruit was open to standalone sites and groups with judges looking for evidence of profitable sales, good practice and excellent customer service. Entrants needed to demonstrate excellence in how they engage with their customer base in aftersales from servicing to parts sales and repairs.
After receiving many great entries in this very competitive category, we were delighted to see Redgate Lodge BOSCH Service crowned the winner of the Aftersales Excellence Award.
