This year marks our tenth year in business and, due to the growth of the company, we are enhancing our management team to reflect this.

Under the new corporate structure, Gavin White, Andrew Sly and Stephen Hughes, all founding members of Autotech Recruit, will take on the positions of CEO, CFO and COO respectively.
This will allow them greater time to continue developing the different divisions of the company, while strengthening current industry partnerships and creating new opportunities.
Following these changes, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Simon King as Autotech Recruit’s Managing Director. You may recall that Simon, who will now oversee the day to day operations of the company, was brought on board last year to drive company strategy and forge new partnerships within the automotive aftermarket and with OEMs. With Simon’s many years of valuable experience in the automotive sector, we are excited to see him lead the delivery of Autotech Recruit’s ambitious growth strategy.
Running parallel to Autotech Recruit are Autotech Training and Autotech Apprentice. Stephen Kirk, who has very successfully helped drive the growth of the company as National Sales Manager, now becomes Managing Director of these two divisions.
The three divisions of the company - Autotech Recruit, Autotech Training and Autotech Apprentice - have now been repositioned under an umbrella group – Autotech Group – and, to reflect our increased headcount and training provisions, we will move to new, larger premises on Tuesday 4th February 2020.
Our new address will be Autotech Recruit, Libra Building, Linford Wood Business Park, Sunrise Parkway, Milton Keynes, MK14 6PH but all other contact details will remain the same.
This is an exciting time for the entire company. Since we established Autotech Recruit in 2010 the automotive industry has evolved considerably and, while we have tailored our approach and created new employment and training solutions to meet these changing needs, the loyal support of our clients, partners and contractors has undoubtedly helped the business to grow. We are now looking forward to our next successful chapter and a continued working relationship with everyone.
