Are you passionate about the automotive industry and have experience in commercial vehicle parts? We are looking for a Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Darlington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support to customers on commercial vehicle parts.
- Manage stock levels and ensure timely ordering of parts.
- Handle customer enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records and process orders efficiently.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive sector (commercial vehicle experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- IT literacy and familiarity with parts ordering systems.
