Our client, an established fast-fit automotive business, is looking for an Area General Manager to cover approximately 14 sites across the North and Midlands, managing the general and technical operations and supporting/coordinating any new centre development plans going forward.
You will be responsible for ensuring our client’s quality of service is delivered efficiently, satisfying all key USPs including speed & service excellence, clarity & commitment, comfort & convenience and replicating and instilling effective processes across all centre locations within your remit.
Experience and qualifications;
Up to date knowledge of automotive industry trends and practices
Experience of automotive workshop operations on both individual and multi-site level
Automotive technical proven experience advantageous
Experience of managing people across multiple locations
NB: This role requires you to be completely flexible in working hours, locations and prepared to stay away from home frequently.
The benefits of this role are;
Pay: £40,000 – £50,000
Hours: 45 hours (flexible)
Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays
