We appreciate that due to unforeseen circumstances, occasions arise which necessitate clients/companies to cancel their course. We therefore try to be flexible in our approach to each individual case. In some cases, there will be associated costs to Autotech Training such as costs incurred include course registration, hotel costs and course administration.
Our cancellation charges are:
MOT MANAGER TRAINING COURSE (AUTOTECH TRAINING CENTRE)
- Over 15 working days prior to course start date – no charge
- 15 – 6 working days prior to course start date – 25% of course fees
- 5 working days or less prior to course start date – 50% of course fees
All requests to change/amended course dates will be considered but are at the discretion of Autotech Training.
MOT MANAGER TRAINING COURSE (ON-SITE)
To avoid incurring changes Clients cancelling an on-site multi candidate MOT Managers courses delivered by Autotech Training, must do so at least 15 working days in advance of the course start date.
If the course has 3 or more candidates and cancellation occurs within 15 working days of the course start date, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- 15 – 6 working days prior to course start date – 25% of candidate course fee
- 5 working days or less prior to course start date – 50% of candidate course fee
Please note the minimum number of candidates required to run an on-site course is 3. If numbers fall below 3 candidates, fees will still be charged for the minimum of 3 candidates.
All requests to change/amended course dates will be considered but are at the discretion of Autotech Training.
MOT TESTER TRAINING COURSE
- Over 15 working days prior to course state date – no charge
- 15 – 6 working days prior to course start date – 50% of course fees
- 5 working days or less prior to course start date – 75% of course fees

TECHNICAL TRAINING COURSES (ZF TRAINING CENTRE)
- Over 15 working days prior to course start date – no charge
- 15 – 6 working days prior to course start date – 25% of course fees
- 5 working days or less prior to course start date – 50% of course fees
All requests to change/amended course dates will be considered but are at the discretion of Autotech Training.
