About the Role
AutoTech Recruit are currently seeking an experienced SMART Technician to join a highly reputable automotive body repair team based in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join a forward?thinking business that prides itself on high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
As a SMART Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of small to medium cosmetic vehicle repairs, using the latest tools and equipment to achieve manufacturer?level standards.

Key Responsibilities
Repairing minor dents, scratches, scuffs, and alloy wheel damage
Preparing surfaces and applying refinishing materials
Colour matching and blending to ensure seamless finishes
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

About You
Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician within the automotive industry
Proficient with paint, prep, and repair processes
A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering top-quality work
Able to work independently with strong time?management skills
Full UK driving licence
