Autotech Recruit has forged a partnership with In‘n’Out Autocentres to fulfil all of the MOT, service and car maintenance specialist’s permanent recruitment and training needs across its 26, nationwide sites.

In a move which will streamline its recruitment activity, In‘n’Out, who previously used several recruitment agencies to employ vehicle technicians, is outsourcing the process over to Autotech Recruit, who will take on all marketing, resourcing, deployment, HR paperwork and clothing distribution.

Following a 25% growth in just 12 months, In‘n’Out are on an upward trajectory aiming to open 50 sites by 2020. With a focus on technology, including the use of state of the art equipment and industry-leading MOT testing stations, In‘n’Out deliver a swift, efficient, fixed priced service.

Consequently, as part of its partnership with Autotech Recruit, In‘n’Out will capitalise on the recruitment company’s strong links with training providers, such as ZF Aftermarket Technical Training and GTG Training.

Managing the entire training provision for In‘n’Out, Autotech Recruit will organise courses for vehicle technicians which will cover extensive training on key vehicle parts, including transmission systems, steering, suspension, driveline components and on electric and hybrid vehicles. Autotech Recruit will also be taking on the company’s DVSA site auditing and training, to support their growing base of MOT testers and give advice when required.

“We are delighted to be working with In‘n’Out Autocentres, as there are synergies between both companies,” comments Gavin White, managing director of Autotech Recruit. “Due to the fast-paced nature of In‘n’Out, they need to employ highly skilled vehicle technicians quickly and, as a one-stop shop for all recruitment needs within the automotive industry aftermarket, we have the capability to meet these demands. Our experienced team of recruitment consultants are proficient in vetting and supplying skilled candidates, while our training division can tap into a myriad of courses to ensure In‘n’Out vehicle technicians have the knowledge to service a range of vehicles.”
