With almost 40 years of recruitment industry experience, Graham Palfery-Smith is an accomplished, and highly experienced, strategic senior manager who has run a wide range of specialist recruitment businesses internationally, including HW Group, Robert Walters, Faro, and FiveTen Group.
Established in 2010, in a bid to help plug the skills shortage in the UK’s automotive industry, Autotech Recruit is the country’s only recruitment agency dedicated to placing MOT testers and vehicle technicians on a temporary or permanent basis into the motor trade.
Today, our Buckinghamshire based agency retains the largest network of automotive contractors in the UK, supplying many of the car dealerships, national retail groups, independent garages and government organisations across the country. Adopting an ‘inch wide, mile deep’ approach, Autotech Recruit has embedded itself within the automotive industry in just eight years, launching training and apprentice opportunities in a bid to fuel recruitment into the motor trade. Most recently, our agency has forged partnerships with several automotive manufacturers in the UK, including Volvo and Ford, supplying their dealer networks with temporary technical staff.
While the founding members of Autotech Recruit originate from the automotive industry, the appointment of Graham, who brings with him a wealth of recruitment knowledge, is set to help drive the agency forward as they continue to thrive.
