The best indicator that our clients and contractors are happy is because the vast majority of them continue to renew their relationship with Autotech Recruit and they recommend our services to others in the automotive industry. One of the factors contributing to our high customer retention levels is because we go the extra mile to ensure the service we offer is of a consistently high standard.

As part of this approach, we have decided to add a dedicated Customer Service Manager, Roz Johnson, to our team. Should you have an issue, complaint or just wish to give some feedback, please get in touch as she is here to help. Roz has many years of customer service management experience having worked for both Volkswagen and Audi UK and also within several different franchised dealerships. You can be assured that any enquiries or concerns will be dealt with in a speedy, efficient and sympathetic manner.

Roz’s role is also to focus on building long term relationships with our clients and contractors and as such, she regularly contacts people directly to get feedback and pro-actively monitors our customer experience. This information is reported back to the team. She also carries out regular quality checks on our processes and procedures to ensure we are capturing all the information we require to provide the best service we can for our customers.
